Having an ad for a show in Detroit show up for a user located in Atlanta is irrelevant. Location targeting allows ads to show up for users in a specified area to avoid irrelevancy.
- Using interests/references : Making references specific to a location can make users feel more wanted or inspired to attend an event. For example, when promoting their show in Michigan, the duo Jack & Jack made references to The University of Michigan winning the National Championship. This reference and hashtags used helped increase visibility!
